the challenge

today is the first day of the primal blueprint challenge.  pretty pumped.

i have three goals for this month:

1. to increase my muscle mass and explosive power
2. to have daily, active, outdoor play with my son
3. to get that son on to follow the blueprint (at least half-ass)

so, those goals aren't S.M.A.R.T. know, specific, bla bla bla, timely?

but, good ones none the less.
